Step-by-Step Process to Check Payment Status

  • Visit the Official Portal – Go to e-Labharthi Bihar.
  • Click on the "Payment Report" Tab.
  • Select "Check Beneficiary/Payment Status".
  • Choose the Financial Year from the available options.
  • Enter Beneficiary Details – You can search using any of the following:
    • Beneficiary ID
    • Aadhaar Number
    • Bank Account Number
  • Click on the "Search" Button – Your payment status will be displayed on the screen.
  • Download the Information – If required, click the "Print" button to save a copy.

View the Beneficiary List with Payment Status

To check the list of beneficiaries along with their payment status, follow these steps:

  • Visit e-Labharthi Bihar Portal.
  • Click on the "Payment Report" tab.
  • Select "Beneficiary Status List".
  • Choose the relevant District, Block, Panchayat, and Scheme.
  • Click on the "Search" button – The list of beneficiaries will appear on your screen.

Beneficiaries whose life certification has been conducted using their Aadhaar-registered name and where there is a discrepancy of more than 50% between the Aadhaar name and the beneficiary's recorded name must get their details verified or rejected at the block or district login as soon as possible. Failure to complete this process may result in the suspension of their pension.

Check Aadhaar Seeding Status for Beneficiaries

If you want to verify whether your Aadhaar number is linked to your pension or any other government scheme, follow these steps:

  • Visit e-Labharthi Bihar Portal - https://elabharthi.bihar.gov.in/.
  • Click on the "Payment Report" tab.
  • Select "Beneficiary Aadhaar Seeding Search".
  • Choose the Search Option – You can search using either:
    • Beneficiary ID
    • Aadhaar Number
  • Enter the required details and click "View".
  • Your Aadhaar seeding status will be displayed on the screen.

Important Note: If your Aadhaar is not linked to any bank account, visit your bank to complete the process. Please note that Aadhaar seeding and Aadhaar-bank linking are two separate processes. If your Aadhaar is not properly linked to your bank account, your payments may be withheld.

Major Pension Schemes Under e-Labharthi

Indira Gandhi National Widow Pension Scheme (IGNWPS) (Central Govt.) Age eligibility: 40-59 years. Must belong to a Below Poverty Line (BPL) household as per Govt. of India guidelines.
Lakshmi Bai Social Security Pension (Bihar Govt.) Covers widows above 18 years of age. Annual family income must be below ₹60,000. Provides financial security beyond IGNWPS.
Indira Gandhi National Disability Pension Scheme (IGNDPS) (Central Govt.) Introduced in 2009-10 under NSAP. Provides ₹300 per month. Not eligible if already receiving state social security pension.
Bihar State Disability Pension Scheme (Bihar Govt.) For persons with 40% or more disability. No age or income limit. Must be a Bihar resident for at least 10 years.
Indira Gandhi National Old Age Pension Scheme (IGNOAPS) (Central Govt.) Introduced in 1995 and renamed in 2007. Provides assistance to senior citizens aged 60 years and above.
Mukhyamantri Vridhjan Pension Yojana (Bihar Govt.) Launched in 2019. Covers individuals aged 60+ who are not receiving any other government pension.
