    After completing the form, click on "submit" to finalize your submission.

Track Your Grievance

After registering your grievance, you can follow these steps to track it:

  • Step 1: Track Your Grievance
    To track a registered grievance, select "Track Your Grievance" from the home navigation menu.

  • Step 2: Enter Your Information
    Input either your Complaint ID, Email address, or a valid 10-digit mobile number, then click "Get OTP."

    Once you receive and enter the OTP, your grievance status will appear, allowing you to monitor the progress of your issue.
