Register for Sambal 2.0 Yojana
To avail the benefits of Mukhya Mantri Jan Kalyan (Sambal) Yojana, unorganized sector workers in Madhya Pradesh need to register under the scheme. The registration process is as follows:
Visit the Official Website
- Go to the official Sambal 2.0 portal: https://sambal.mp.gov.in/
- From the dropdown menu, click on “Apply for Registration”.

Start the Registration Process
- A new page will open where you need to enter your Samagra ID and Family ID.
- Click on “Search Samagra” to proceed.

Fill in Shramik (Worker) Details
- Complete e-KYC Verification
- After successful e-KYC verification, a form will appear where you need to enter:
- Worker type
- Education level
- Employment sector
- Job type
- Mobile number
- Scroll down and tick all the agreement checkboxes.
- Finally, click on “Save Application” to submit the form.
Receive Application Number
- After submission, an Application Number will be displayed on the screen.
- Save or take a screenshot of this number for future reference.
Check Sambal Application Status
To check the status of your Sambal 2.0 application, follow these steps:
- Visit the official website: https://sambal.mp.gov.in/.
- Click on the “Application Status” option in the menu.

- A new page will open. Enter your Samagra ID and Application Number.
- Click on the “Search” button to view your application status.

Download Sambal Card
Once your application is approved, you can download your Sambal Card by following these steps:
- Go to the Sambal Portal: https://sambal.mp.gov.in/.
- Click on “Beneficiary Details” in the menu bar.

- Enter your Sambal/ Samagra Member ID (9-digit number).
- Click on “View Details”.
- You will see your Sambal Card details. Click on “Download” to save it.

- Accidental Death Assistance: For deaths resulting from accidents, the scheme offers ₹4 lakh to the deceased's family.
