Application process

The application process for the CM Ladli Behna Yojana is primarily offline. 

  • Step 1: Collect the application form from your nearest Gram Panchayat, Ward office, or designated campsite.
  • Step 2: Fill in all required information carefully and accurately. Ensure all details are correct.

  • Step 4: Gather the necessary supporting documents, which include:
    • Aadhar card
    • Bank account details (DBT linked)
    • Family ID/Member ID issued by the Samagra Portal
    • Active mobile number
    • Verification through OTP on Samagra portal or biometric e-KYC.
  • Step 4: Take the completed form and attached documents to the nearest campsite, Gram Panchayat, or Ward office.
  • Step 5: An online photograph of the applicant will be taken during the submission process. Your application will then be registered.
  • Step 6: Obtain a receipt confirming the successful submission of your application.

  • Step 1: Visit your nearest ration shop, MP Online Centre, CSC kiosk.
  • Step 2: Provide your Aadhar Card, PAN Card, and Bank Account Passbook.
  • Step 3: Your e-KYC will be conducted through biometric verification at the center.

  • Step 5: Input the OTP received on your registered mobile number and click to search.
  • Step 6: Once logged in, the payment status will be displayed on your screen.

The benefit surrender option allows women beneficiaries of this scheme to actively surrender their eligibility for future benefits. Once the surrender process is completed, they cannot reapply for the scheme's benefits in the future.

  • Household income must fall below a specified threshold (currently ₹2.5 lakh annually).
  • No family member should be a government employee or income taxpayer. Applicants should not be enrolled in any educational institution.
