NREGA Job Card Download
NREGA, also known as MGNREGA, is a scheme in India guaranteeing 100 days of work annually to rural households for unskilled labor, aimed at creating public assets and boosting rural employment since 2006.
If you own a job card or just applied for one, you can download it easily. Here, I'll show you how to get your NREGA job card simply.
Download NREGA Job Card Online
To download your job card, just follow the steps given below.
Step 1: Visit UMANG
- Navigate to the UMANG website https://web.umang.gov.in/ or open the UMANG app.
Step 2: Register or Log In
- If you're a new user, complete the registration first using your mobile number and follow the steps to set up your MPin or OTP. Then log in. If you're already registered, simply log in.
Step 3: Search for MGNREGA
- In the search box, type "MGNREGA" or find it in the "Recently Used Services" if applicable.
Step 4: Access MGNREGA Services
- Once you click on the MGNREGA Department, a services page will appear, displaying four options: Apply for a Job Card, Download Job Card, Track Job Card Status, and FAQs.
Step 5: Download Job Card
- Click on the 'Download Job Card' option.
Step 6: Enter Details
- A new page will open. Here, enter your job card number or reference number.

If you've recently applied for an NREGA job card, you'll receive a reference number. You can use this number to download your job card.
Step 7: Download
- After entering the necessary details, click on 'Download'. Your job card will be downloaded.

You can download your job card only if your name appears in the latest job card list for your area.
